The MBS Bubble CPAP Mask is a specialized non-invasive patient interface developed to provide gentle, leak-free continuous positive airway pressure to neonates and low-birth-weight infants suffering from Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS). Molded from ultra-pliable, medical-grade liquid silicone, the mask features an anatomical, low-profile nasal cushion that seals evenly across the nasal bridge and philtrum under minimal strap tension.

By distributing contact force evenly across the infant’s midface, it serves as a non-invasive alternative to nasal prongs, helping prevent nasal septal necrosis, columellar irritation, and mucosal injury during prolonged ventilation. The internal chamber is designed with ultra-low dead space to prevent dangerous carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) retention and optimize ventilation efficiency. Fully compatible with standard neonatal CPAP circuits and mini-flow generator bodies, this transparent mask allows continuous visual monitoring of the infant's nares and oral secretions without disrupting therapy.
