BESMED FLOW GENERATOR (NEO)

The BesMed MiniFlow is a lightweight, low-dead-space patient interface generator engineered to optimize the delivery of non-invasive respiratory support including nCPAP, nBiPAP, and synchronized non-invasive ventilation to neonates and infants.

Acting as the critical junction between the dual-limb breathing circuit and the patient’s nasal interface (mask or prongs), the generator incorporates advanced internal fluid-dynamic geometry that converts continuous fresh gas flow into stable, fluid-cushioned positive airway pressure right at the patient’s airway.

This fluidic design significantly reduces the infant’s inspiratory and expiratory resistive workload compared to standard fixed-orifice systems. Constructed from ultra-lightweight, shatter-resistant medical polymers, the

 MiniFlow minimizes mechanical drag and downward torque on tiny endotracheal or nasal connections, eliminating circuit dislodgement.

Featuring integrated pressure monitoring ports for precise real-time airway pressure tracking, it delivers dependable, micro-calibrated pressure support for advanced neonatal intensive care.
