B-CPAP KIT

The Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (B-CPAP) kit is an all-in-one, non-invasive respiratory support solution designed for neonates and preterm infants experiencing Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) or transient tachypnea. The kit works by delivering a continuous, heated, and humidified gas blend through a low-resistance breathing circuit and soft, anatomical neonatal nasal prongs. The expiratory limb is submerged into a calibrated water column (bubble generator), creating continuous positive airway pressure accompanied by gentle, high-frequency pressure oscillations (bubbling). These continuous oscillations promote alveolar recruitment, improve functional residual capacity (FRC), and reduce the overall work of breathing without the trauma of invasive mechanical ventilation. The kit includes a flexible neonatal circuit, multiple sizes of ultra-soft silicone nasal prongs to ensure an atraumatic seal, an ergonomic infant bonnet/headgear with secure fastening straps, and an adjustable bubble pressure generator with clearly marked water-depth gradations. It is an indispensable tool for level II and level III NICU settings, delivery rooms, and neonatal step-down units.
